• Vitreledonella Richardi also known as the " glass octopus " is an incirrate octopus. It is in the genus Vitreledonella and of the family Amphitretidae.• They fall under the category of ' least conservation ' species. • It's a transparent, gelatinous, and almost colorless meso- to bathypelagic octopod found worldwide in tropical and subtropical seas. It has a mantle length up to 11 cm and a total length up to 45 cm in adults. • The upper three pairs of arms are subequal in length; in juveniles about as long as the mantle, in adults two to three times mantle length. The fourth, ventral pair is slightly shorter.• Male glass octopuses have a hectocotlylized third left arm. This refers to when the male is ready to mate with a female, the arm can detach and release sperm to impregnate the female octopus. • Seen from the side, its eyes are rectangular. This cylindrical design, with the lens centered, results in a restricted horizontal field of vision, but is thought to be an adaptation that reduces the eye's silhouette when viewed from below as part of the animal's method of camouflage.• The radula is heterodont, also known as heteroglossan, in which the middle or rhachidian tooth in each array has multiple cusps and the lateral teeth are unicuspid.#marine #marinelife #aquatic #animalkingdom #animals #octopus #leastconserve #aquaticlife #marinebiology

The " Royal Flycatcher " is a small bird from the family Tyrannidae, native to Central and South America. Known for its strikingly colorful, fan-shaped crest, the royal flycatcher usually displays this crown of feathers when it's excited or during mating displays. Its crest is a vibrant mix of red, yellow, and blue (though this varies slightly depending on the species). These birds inhabit forested areas and are often seen around the edges of woodlands, catching insects mid-flight. They’re relatively elusive and often difficult to spot due to their preference for the upper forest canopy.Showing the beauty of this female Royal flycatcher again. Sometimes, you have to spend hours waiting for them to show off their beautiful "hairstyle". What an incredible display of nature.#nature #animalkingdom #animals #animallove #birds #southamerica #animalcare #animalprotection #animalwelfare #birdsanctuary #wildlifeconservation

Incredible quote from " David Attenborough "Education is a great way to contribute to conservation. If people are unaware of the devastation happening around them, they will not play a part in trying to help stop it. Animals are going extinct all around us it is our job to educate our generation and the next on the importance of caring for endangered species#wildlifeconservation #endangeredspecies #vetstudent #veterinarymedicine #animalkingdom #animalcare #animallove #animalconservation #humanity #animalprotection #animalwelfare #davidattenborough
