The Hayden-Harnett bag arrives!

My HH for Target bag arrived about a month ago and I was thrilled! The mustard/purple color combo looks even better in person than it did online. In person, it is more muted and rich. The hardware really shines on this bag and really makes it look nicer than something found at Target. The weak point is the PVC “leather” as always. At first glance it looks good, but I have a feeling it won’t wear very well. With all the room and all the pockets I’m thinking of using this as my “fancy” gym bag. I’ll be hitting the gym in style!

I can’t believe that bag is from Target! It looks like it’s from Anthropologie. (although good point about the leather). Anyways, very cute.
On a random note, does you have a blog that ever covers makeup? I ask because I’m working on behalf of Maybelline and am allowed to distribute free samples of Maybelline’s Stiletto Mascara. (Hey, in this economy we can all use free mascara, and maybe if you like it you can end up blogging about it or telling your friends)
Honestly, I think the mascara is pretty awesome, and I’m picky. I used to buy $20 mascara, Vanitymark (awesome because it looks so natural ), but I actually prefer that Stiletto looks equally natural but is more powerful (darker, not clumpy, and shiny — I think it reflects light in a way other mascara’s don’t which is perhaps subconsciously why I like it better). Also it’s priced really well between ($7-$9).
In any event, very happy I discovered your blog. Great style choices. Hit me back if a free sample of Maybelline’s Stiletto Mascara you be something you’d enjoy. Hope to hear from you!

I agree with Keaton. The bag does look more expensive than it probably is, but that’s what you want in such an economy (a little cheating). I love the purple and yellow combination. I honestly feel that purple will soon become one of the classics: black, white and…..purple!:) Adorable bag! Will definitely have to check it out!

still cute as heck in person! luckily, it’s not 100% pvc, although i can relate – my lela rose for payless boots i wear constantly were bugging me today – little pvc strips.
