I want to purchase a good handbag and I’m looking for a timeless but hip style. What shapes and materials should I look for to make a good investment? (j.crew link isn’t working, I think they meant this.

Boston Mag had the large green leather Tano bag as a “must have” in one of their articles in the December issue. I’m still coveting it.
